Erica Jaquemet is 2005 birth year, graduating in 2023 at St Mark High School in Manotick, Ontario. Erica is a defense standing at 5’9” who can use her strength and body positioning to help in the defensive zone and on the penalty kill. Erica is able to make heads up plays and create breakout passes to exit the zone cleanly. Erica is a team player and prides herself on her commitment and work ethic. Erica is a determined student achieving honour roll in grade 9 and 10 (83% and 90%). Erica has taken part in various community volunteering such as working at a food bank with her hockey team and donating Christmas gifts to youth in need. Erica started playing hockey for the Kemptville Storm eight years ago and has participated in some high ranking tournaments like Provincials in 2018 with the Smiths Falls Cubs Peewee BB. Furthermore, her St. Mark Lions Girls Varsity hockey team qualified for OFSAA in 2020 and her Rideau St. Lawrence Thunder Bantam A team qualified for Provincials that same year but unfortunately both of those were cancelled as a result of COVID-19. Erica aspires to attend university to study either political science or health sciences and if given the opportunity would like to continue her hockey career at the same time.
