2022-2023 Coaches
RSLGHA is pleased to announce the following for the 2022-2023 season:
U18 (Midget) AA
 Co-Coach - Samantha Morell resides in Carleton Place and is a non-parent coach with the U18AA team. Sam started playing competitive hockey with the NCCP which led her to play with the Ottawa Lady Sens PWHL team before accepting a hockey scholarship with the Laurentian University Voyageurs where she played 5 years while studying Human Kinetics and Education. With the Voyageurs Sam was the leading scorer and achieved U-Sport Academic All-Canadian status all 5 years.

 Co-Coach - Robert Coon resides in Delta and is one half of the coaching pair that guided the RSL Bantam squad to one of their most successful seasons in 2019-2020, culminating in progression through Playdowns and enroute to Provincials before the public health crisis brought hockey to an abrupt stop. Rob has coached from IP to Junior and most levels in between. Rob will generate high tempo training sessions and will emphasize the need for all out-effort and proper pre-game AND pre-practice preparation.
